In the future, due to a mysterious disease, everyone loses the ability to speak. After a group of scientists developed an artificial throat that allows people to speak, this throat product is soon put into production and is divided into several packages containing different levels of vocabulary. However, due to the high price, people sometimes have to take out loans or even sell their other organs in exchange for money to buy the throat packages. The scarcity of the throat also makes it a new symbol of affluence and superiority, with only those rich enough to say some of the words that cost so much. One day, a young man gathers his courage, once again, to ask the woman he loves to marry him. To prove his ability, he decides to propose to the woman by reading poetry, but he finds he can't say the word "love" ......
