Synopsis:
The problem of pollution of the Western Morava and Lake Međuvršje, which affects the life of the local community, residents of Ovčar banja and the surrounding area.

Director Statement:
The biological minimum shows the impact of goverment and local people behavior on the river Zapadna Morava and the consequences on the health of people that live around the river. It points out that pollution is not present only because of the goverment misconduct but also an individual negligence.
