Synopsis:
During an interview, Dana finds herself faced with an employer who makes her feel very uncomfortable. The confrontation between the two women takes an unexpected turn.

Director Statement:
Alpha wo(man) is a short film reporting a patriarchal society that often affects women’s solidariety. With our short film we want to condemn gender disparities in the world of work and the way in which this sexist system is now often accepted by women themselves. Our characters depicted the two sides of this situation: the acceptance and the anger. We believe that the system can and must be changed.
