Elena Bertucci
Attorney at law in Milan with an LL.M. specialization in Human Rights from the University of California College of the Law, San Francisco, combined with relevant volunteering experience for American and Italian nonprofit organizations. With a past as a business law litigator and a deep interest in corporate social responsibility matters, her practice now includes labor law, embracing antidiscrimination issues related to gender and caregivers’ rights. As a founding member of Promise, she passionately contributes her expertise in gender-related civil and human rights. As a volunteer for the Centro Milano Donna - Municipio 9 of the City of Milan, she has supported women in vulnerable conditions, including asylum seekers and victims of gender-based violence.
